Long story short: I'm quitting bad habits.
Already quit smoking, drinking and excessive eating.
I'm trying to exercise and drop porn.
I jack off quite a lot, despite being sexually active.
Any tips on dropping it?

If it's only for your porn files, buy a hard disk, copy your porn on it and delete the original files on your computer. Then, put the hard disk inside your drawer at the very bottom. After a while you'd forget about it.

from another perspective, I had a vidya addiction. deleted steam, and all games (100+) going on 1 month now no vidya
the effort it would take to reinstall all that shit and redownload the gigabytes of mods makes me think twice about going back
but I was ready to give it up. I'll still play games on my laptop but only with friends (its a potato)
