You can try some of these things:

- Over analysing it to a ridiculous degree, probably even missing sleep over it
- Posting on 4chan in order to get some tiny bit of emotional expression without actually talking to her
- Holding your phone in your hand typing out messages and then deleting them
- Just do it, accept that it might or might not work out, continue with your life in either case
