Theoretically it looks like it has quite the same effects at least.

It is supposedly the most effective treatment for long-term depression. I'm interested myself.

I hope you enjoy being turned into a bumbling maniac with faulty memory at around age 30, if you prefer that to being ''depressed'' then go for it.
