At what point should I remove stuff I did in college from my resume?

Once you have something else better and more recent to replace it. Hopefully you will eventually have enough crap to put on your resume you'll be having to decide what goes and what stays. If you aren't at that point yet, might as well keep it (throw out anything hs and earlier though, makes you look desperate).
Also I think the rule of thumb is 7 years back, so in 2022 chuck it.
