Only exposure.
Comparable to the horrible feeling of pain... You get will power experiencing it.
But with anxiety, you just keep going through it calmly and it goes away.
Or try to breathe, focus on the present moment and ignore racing thoughts.
Recovery International offers training in a form of CBT in local group meetings and online. It's free, though donations are accepted at meetings. The main book they use is Mental Health Through Will Training by Dr. Abraham A. Low, Recovery's founder.Many local libraries have copies. I recommend it very highly.
