What's the best way of ridding yourself of an obsession with someone when you have no other interaction with anyone, online or extraneous to that?

I've been obsessed with the person in question for two years now and recently it landed me in legal trouble.

Find a hobby/activity that you are interested in and throw yourself into that. Depending on the hobby it might help you find friends with common interests; otherwise, you can invest that excessive energy and thought into something productive that improves you as a person.

And, if financially possible, get a therapist. If you're obsessed enough to get into legal trouble, this isn't the sort of shit you can break based on some anon's advice.

find a hobby that you enjoy, such as video games, writing, etc. and look for local events for those hobbies. it will be much easier to make friends if you already have something in common with them
