About 36 hours ago I came accross some expired vicodin pills and figured I'd have myself a good ole time and popped about 10 of them in a few hours.

Now, me being an idiot and all, I also had a few drinks.

Long story short, the next day I vommited like hell and I'm worried my liver might be failing from acetomiphen OD + the alcohol I drank. I had a little under 4 grams of acetominophen from the pills. I've been reading and apparently the time I'm in is the "latent period" for liver failure. I feel mostly fine but I'm extremely paranoid, because I'm finally getting my life somewhat sorted and death by pills isn't where I wanna end up.

So am I being paranoid or should I go to the ER?

You're probably fine, then. Just pay attention, if you start getting very nauseous and drowzy or experience anymore vomiting or diarrhea, you might wanna head to a hospital. Better safe then sorry. You might also want to get checked for idiocy.

I didn't drink much. Maybe 2 or 3 drinks, definitely not enough to vomit by itself. Hoping vomiting did get rid of whatever would kill me though. We'll see.

Everyone who ODs on acetomiphen feels fine in the early stages. It takes time for your organs to shut down. This is why teenage girls who OD on Tylenol have time to die slowly in the hospital for a few days, begging for their lives, but the damage is already done.
