by not giving up. its not like there's some list of steps. you just make a goal, work towards it.

it helps to detail your plans, and to create goals that are doable.

for instance saying

isn't a doable goal cuz even if you succeed you're just getting any girl you can, and the quality will be shit. instead, you should set up a goal to be more social with girls. to do this create a minimum number of nights you have to 'go out' and a minimum number of girls you need to talk to in passing.

set a goal
when im running, i promise myself to run for example an x amount of time
even if i'm literally about to die, i will run until i fulfilled the promise i kept to myself
force yourself, only by this way you will be disciplined
never do shit tomorrow, do it as soon as possible
or it will always be "tomorrow"
