Should I get therapy for my crippling oneitus for my ex?
We've been apart for almost a year now and I'm still crying myself to sleep from time to time.
I've been with two girls since and it just felt wrong the whole way through, from time to time girls show interest in me and I return the effort but I just can't bring myself to have feelings for them.
How would I go about therapy? Can it be done on the phone?

Yes you should. They can do sessions over the phone, but they're going to prefer face-face. Any therapist is going to at least want to see you a few times in- person and also from time-to- time. Do you have insurance? Find a private one through your insurance. If you're uninsured or have crap insurance, find a clinic. Clinics are pressured to show the client is progressing though.
A year is long enough. It's not like you were life partners, were you? It's long time you healed.

I live in Spain, healthcare is free but I doubt I could get therapy for this kind of thing so I'd have to pay for it myself.
Anyone else here had this kind of therapy? Did it work?
Why do I feel like you don't have a job

My bad, my response was about how clinics work in the They would deny you therapy based on your situation? How close were you with your ex? You may be able to explain you experienced a significant loss.
