I'm 18 and spotted silverish grey hair in the same place on my head. I feel like theres grown from 3 to like 8 but I could just be paranoid. What do I do? Am I missing a nutrient? Am I too stressed/anxious? Should I see a doctor? People around my age have told me they have had similar cases and it has gone away. Please help anons

Its just a grey hair. Nothing to worry about. Some people just grey early (some really early). As long as u've got a full set of hair ur good.

I got a couple gray hairs when I was 19. Now I'm 23 and haven't gotten any more, and in fact, the few gray hairs that I had aren't noticeable anymore. I'd say work out, eat healthy, don't smoke, etc.
