You might want to try to figure out the possibilities of what's going to happen or who is going to take care of you should the police or child protective services get involved. You do NOT want to go into the foster care system.

Your mom's behavior is a big problem though, and it's not something that you are likely to be able to deal with on your own.

It's very possible that you're going to get banned here. You might want to ask for help on another advice forum like reddit's r/relationships.

do you have close relatives? aunts, uncles, grandparents? can you go to their house for a while?

Honestly just fucking clock that bitch. Abusivr parents are just like any other bully. The last time my mom attacked me was when I was 13. We were finally the same size and I pushed her ass off me and she flew into a wall. Also tell a counselor at your school, and don't let your mom manipulate you into lying. Just be prepared to go into the foster system if you do go through with this. I would say try fighting back first. After you're strong enough to defend yourself the power dynamic in the house totally changes.
