Okay so...
23 female here. I was overweight my whole life. Never could lose it because "excuses" bla bla.
When I reached exactly 100kg I decided to do it. I lost 35kg by now and I'm happy with how I look.
However... I have this annoying habit I still do.
I always have my stomach sucked in. Whenever I am in public that is. It's just a habit I got from when I was fat and even now I can't let it go. I like my body and I don't mind my "normal" stomach now. But I just keep doing it. Like I'm walking down the street and I'm doing it. And after walking for a while I can feel it hurting. But I can't stop doing it.
Just to point, it's not visible to other that I'm doing it. I don't look like those girls standing straight sucking their stomachs in. I do it very discretely. Literally years of practice.
How do I stop?? Can I have serious health problems if I keep it up?

Meditation helped me a lot. You learn how to be more aware of your body and control it better.
You could wear a bracelet while you're in class/studying or in other situations where you look at your arms a lot. You need to associate the bracelet with "relaxing your stomach". Whenever you see it, you'll voluntarily relax it.
Weight loss guy here. Sorry for the sideways pic related. You need time and a new sense of self. Do you still try to get out of your own way when you walk past a full length mirror at the mall?

I do the same thing. I decided to just give up and start wearing a corset. It feels nice. Just make sure you get one which is properly sized, OP.
