1. Don't watch porn and jerk off, but also don't focus on nofap as an idea, because you will relapse just to keep coming back. Let go.
2. Open yourselves about it with other people. Find a therapist if you have to.
3. Give your dick better things to focus on. Salsa classes and clubbing work for me. Looking at real girls is helpful, but more important is that I'm pouring all my sexual energy into dancing.

Fuck you. I get that the concept of nofap is hilarious, and that most of the people who do it have serious problems and severely over exaggerate the benefits, but your viewpoint is just as bad. I fucking hate it when ever there's a nofap thread and some one says that everyone should do it more because "it's natural and healthy". Jacking off and watching porn all day while your dick looks like a callused thumb isn't a good way to live life and can lead to serious health issues. It will benefit OP if he has an addiction to it (though more people who do nofap actually have a porn addiction IMO). At the very least it can bring back a sense of control and some free time. Maybe you should try it for yourself sometime.
