So I have two marks on my hands , this one and on my index finger which looks the same . I'm not exactly sure what it is I've been shaving the hard skin of the marks , moisturising the marks frequently and washing the marks regularly . I've had them for a couple months and I think they developed when I picked a mosquito bite, and the scab started to turn into a lump .If you could give me some advice on what these marks might be and how I would be able to treat them it would help me massively .

Leave it alone
Don't pick at it
Use some MgSO3 paste to reduce the size of it
Accept that you're probably going to have a minor scar on your hand from it forever.

It's exactly this. Stop doing that. Let it heal. Don't pick at it. Wear a bandage at night with some ointment (daytime too if you can).

I thought so but I wanted to make sure it was it 100% true . As least people aren't saying that I have a cancerous growth growing out the side of my hand
