OK so recently whenever i see some shit that looks interesting (movie, TV show, anime, music artist, video game) I want to watch, play... exp. I watch the TV show, movie play the game, I feel so sad that I finished it because I went into it without knowing shit about it and now I know everything about it and that there is no more of it. Now the problem is i fucking hate missing out on shit so im fucked either way im sad if i dont do that interesting shit and im sad if I do. So can someone help me with this shit its fucking annoying me.

Whenever I can feel myself getting attached to a TV show I spoil the ending so I'm no longer attached.
