I have extreme itchiness on the vulva and noticed some bumps. After scratching a lot it noticed some blood. Just a few mins ago had a sudden (and quite a lot) yellow discharge that didnt have foul odor but smelled like the cream i applied down there, not inside so i dont understand why it looked yellow .
Ive had unprotected sex in the last few months but only had trouble after he unloaded in me (got what looked like a yeast infection which i treated and seemed to go away) and now this after the last sexual encounter (he didnt finish).
Im going to see a doctor but until then what can i do the itchiness is driving me insane...

Tried peeking in the mirror and unless I scratch like hell, there's barely anything visible there.
In the meantime, would having vaginal washes with baking soda be a viable solution in such cases?
update: discharge is now smelly. should I assume yeast infection..again?
