It is possible to control the weight loss of certain body parts. Like I want to lose more leg and face weight then anything and also belly weight. So does that translate to walking more, and sit ups or something?
not without a knife...
srsly though, you can build muscle in one part. you can not lose fat in one part.

nope. that burning sensation you feel in body parts after exercise has NOTHING To do with the fat there. thats actually the feeling of your muscles tearing, which is a goo dthing, protien fills those tears making your muscles bigger. thats how muscles grow.
but thats not fat burning. those exercises CAN help with fat loss, because if you do exercises like that it stops you from burning your muscle, and instead you'll burn fat.
however that DOESNT control the location that fat burns
