I cant drive

Do you practice before taking the test? With a professional instructor?

Also depending where you take the test, the tester can be a real asshole. Where I live, there's one guy who's nice, the rest are known for being nitpicky jerks.

Yeah... no. Guaranteed those people who think they can drive after only 10 hours are not nearly as good as they think they are. Sure, you don't need the 50 hours advised with 10-20 hours of night driving under your belt to get your license, but 10 is pushing it for most people.

even if I had the advised 60 hours in my state I STILL couldnt drive. I dont show any skill whatsoever when im behind the wheel. im going to be the loser who cant drive for the rest of my life

You don't know that. First practice 60 hours and if you still can't drive then ask for help.
