I would go to a doctor and get hormones checked. It's definitely abnormal for a teenager to have little to no interest in sex/masturbation and you might have some undiagnosed and untreated problem.

I went through something similar at 21yo. Was a total shut in, then one girl actually found me attractive and it shaked my world. Too bad she had a bf.
