Maybe she showed your emails to someone and discovered that your grammar is shitty.

I wouldn't worry about the reason. It's not necessarily something bad, and it's not like there's anything you can do about it. Either she will get back in touch or she won't.

Send her a physical letter. Even if you never hear from her again, it's a nice thing to do and doesn't really cost you anything.
