I used to only casually watch/read hentai and fap - get a nice release, but now it's become a problem. I fap almost everyday. It doesn't even feel that enjoyable anymore. But when I've tried to stop in the past, I've broken my streak after a week and snowball into the problem again. Has anyone on here been successful on quitting maturating? Any tips?

Thanks for your kind words anon. It's just mostly the feeling of not having complete control of myself I don't like. Masturbating used to be very enjoyable, but has become an activity I almost feel like I need to do.

Don't be discouraged if you fap anyway. Just keep getting dressed every day and make it a habit. Also go to public places, like a mall or a park, somewhere your brain will be distracted. Turn on the tv when you get home, open your windows. And get up as fast as you can in the morning if you feel the need to fap as soon as you wake up. No better remedy than staying on the move.
