I used to fap 2-3 times a day for years. At the height of it, I was at 3 times a day. It fucked me up. I got really depressed. I felt drained of energy and sick. I took a vacation for 2 weeks before where I was unable to fap due to being in close quarters with others. During that time I felt SO much mentally better. It was such a huge switch. So I quit. Now I fap once every 6 days. I feel WAY better
