I mean, showering every time is probably a bit much, but giving your ass a good but gentle clean with a sponge and some antibacterial soap after every shit and then applying H cream outside AND inside (yes that means sticking your finger up your ass) is the best you can do. Also change your underwear at least twice a day.

In other words, if you want them to go away you have to keep the area as clean as fucking possible. They wont vanish overnight either, itll take a couple weeks depending on their severity.

I tried Preparation H and it did not help to shrink them. I found this link on how to make garlic suppositories to shrink them.

It works amazingly and it shrunk mine in about seven days. Warning: your arse will smell like an Italian restaurant. Use at night and bathe in the morning.

avoid wiping so much that you rub raw. wet wipes, like baby wipes, can help, but if you're not getting clean, your own fecal residue can be adding to the itchy feeling
