Stop wallowing and engage with life. That's not a guarantee to get over anything "quickly", but you should WANT to be a decent person leading a life that you can respect. Emotional pain will lessen when you stop picking at the wound and leave it in the past, and the easiest way to do that is to have other things on which to spend your time and energy.

You never get over it truly much less quickly. You can only try to make peace with it.

Try to move on by seeing a new pretty face or do some introspection and have some time to yourself. You seem like more of an extrovert so the latter will probably be harder.
