I have a new job at a cocktail bar
I need to memorize 60 cocktail specs in roughly 2 weeks, with only the sheet specs to go off
on top of that i need to memorise 30 colour codings for juices and premades (IE red/green stripe = orange juice, white/brown stripe = coconut water)

I have poor memory, and i prefer to memorize things practically so i need advice on memorisation and tips and tricks on how to retain complex information on paper quickly

Mock up a duplicate of the bar in your home, and drill repeatedly on where things are and what bottles to reach for for each recipe. Your body memory (turn now, reach here, etc) will learn faster than just studying a book.
