how do I get motivated to work out again
everytime I even consider driving there, I just hit the treadmill and walk and give up at 20 minutes
I used to lift but I stopped after a huge break up, that was about a year from now
most of my muscle mass is gone and im pretty fat

Then search "Mike Chang beginner workout."
Grab your tiniest dumbbells and run the exercises while the music plays. Do this three times a week until it conquers and replaces the social media/messageboard/chan part of your daily routine.
