I'm nearing 30. When 20 year olds figure out my age, they freak out because they think they're older than me. Here's what I do:

>Don't overpluck eyebrows--thick eyebrows lightly filled in retains a youthful look (think natural Korean makeup)
>Take care of your skin--I moisturize after I shower, drink plenty of water, eat right, and don't smoke
>Don't wear makeup too often, but when you do, go for a natural "Victorian maiden" look. Use a natural looking blush/lipstick/lipstain. Avoid eyeliner, dark lips, etc. Again, fill in your eyebrows without going for the clean, perfect Instagram brows.

Ok, without a pic of yourself it's close to impossible to give you an accurate assessment and tailored advice, however my experience indicates that overweight and especially obese people do look way older than they are. 5-15 years older depending on how much extra weight they are carrying.

So, there's that. Lose the extra pounds and take care of your skin.
Else, post a picture of yourself in order to properly assess your specific issue.

But i have suggestions
Pure vitamin E oil and use it like moisturizer. Its great for any dark spots, wrinkles and any aging factors in the face. Along with aloe vera. Get the plant, the sell singles in the grocery store and cut it up. Use the stick juice in side for an over nite mask. No need to wash it in the morning but occasionally it leaves a slight texture but if you had it on all night them the skin had time to absorb it so it ok to rinse at this point.
