I Live in the most strict state to get an id.

I have my birth certificate, social security card, and bank statement. the other documents are impossible to get without an id in the first place.

That is the regulations they put in after 9-11

It seems like I am in the worst state to have this problem. All the other states don't have these extreme restrictions to get your first id.
