Might be dry hands then. I have hand eczema and it was bad for awhile. And in only 22 so it can't be aging right?

I have this too OP and I think I worked out that it was because I wash dishes by hand, and the really hot, soapy water was leaking through a small hole into the glove. My skin would harden then crack and flake off, and I had the lines from bending it during the hardened skin stage. Not sure if this helps you but mine have gone away slightly now that I think I worked out the problem. Stay away from harsh chemicals and heat maybe.
