Kek. Never but never buy a prebuilt pc. They're way more expensive and parts like the power supply are chunk shit. Go to /g/s pc building General. It's pretty easy to build a pc. If you can't do it, you can always order a pc with the components you want in most computer stores.

If you have ton of disposable income and want a great computer just go for a local custom computer store and tell them the price range. Obviously you will pay more than what it's worth but you avoid the problems with supermarket compute.rs

This. I'm a complete moron when it comes to these things and built one (with some help) last year and it runs great. It was fun too. I'll probably do it again if a family member needs one.
Make sure you get thermal paste and the static wristbands.

Never buy prebuilt. Don't do it.
Learn and build your own pc. It seems daunting, but honestly, it is no more difficult than playing with Lego.
There are lots of fantastic guides on YouTube.
The pc gaming community is also very helpful. There are almost always people willing to answer your questions.
