I've been having this issue for probably better half of my life now, but lately it seems to have been much worse. I keep randomly getting these loud stomach growls, no matter if I'm hungry or just ate. At times they even sound like weird farts. I feel like everyone has labeled me as that guy who farts constantly at work already. They don't feel like farts tho, it feels like whatever is moving there doesn't leave the stomach. With farts you can feel something exiting your anus.
I realise that the most likely contributing factor is my erratic food schedule and combination of shitty cooking skills and addiction to junk food. What I'm asking for is specifically meds that could ease the growling so that I'm not heard in the entire office and they're not thinking that I'm constantly farting. Nonprescription in EU.

Forgot to mention. There's also surges of various kinds of pain from time to time, usually separate from the growls. I can handle the pain tho. It's not as obvious.

Male, mid-20s. I haven't checked Height and Weight for like 4 years. Last time I checked height was ~185cm. I've always been a bit underweight, but lately started to grow a bit of a gut.
Already said that I'm not looking for diet advice. It's just not something that I can make work short time.
