Where did I go wrong? Was she really not that kind of girl or did she just get cold feet all of a sudden. She's the one who started all of this so I'm kind of confused

I've tried and she took it very bad and I managed to convince myself that I still love her after dropping the bomb so we broke up for a total of 5 minutes.
I'll probably have the resolve to do it if I sleep with another woman. Yes I know that is a horrible idea but that's what it comes to.
It goes deeper than me just wanting to fuck other women though. My current gf lacks responsibilities, has no goals in life, and keeps gaining weight. I try to help her with those things but she doesn't help herself.
