When I achieve a really great thing, I want to share it with someone else (for approval I guess?) but I dont have anyone.
Whats the solution to this? Should I try to stop needing others' approval/congratulations, or should I try to find a good outlet to get said approval?

Just start a twitter account. Do a follow for follow. I'll follow yo
when you actually achieve great things you wont want to brag about them to people because youll feel like a dickhead
or maybe not
just keep doing things because theyre good for you. work hard and make it look easy or else you look like an asshole
you shouldn't ever brag anyway. no one will ever be impressed if you forced the information on them.

Yeah I mean if you were talking to me two years ago i would totally have agreed with you.
But my therapist said I had problems with immediately forgetting all the good things I do and only focussing on my failures. I thought that finding people to support me when i do good stuff might help with that.
My therapist sort of worked in that way for me for a while, but due to the new government's NHS cutbacks I stopped being eligible for free therapy so I cant see him any more.
make a blog and brag on it?
