Find Muslim chat rooms, clubs. Like on Reddit and Facebook. Take a visit to the nearest mosque to take a tour. Ask the local worshippers that you are catholic but are curious about the religion. You may also look for some clubs /activity centers that the mosque is associated with. Good luck finding true love.

I did this and almost got hurt. Her father found out I wasn't muslim. Father sent her uncles to knock on my door at odd hours. Her mother kept calling me and hanging up. I would never date one again or even want to be around them after that.
