Just accept who you are. You may lose people in your life but you will finally feel free. Some may eventually come around to your new reality and you may form a bond with some others. It's better to just go through with it, even if just by yourself for six months. Try dressing like a woman and going out and about. No need for makeup, just sunglasses and a scarf, a hat and a dress. If this feels good then why not be like that always? If your loved ones truly want you to be happy they'll support you or will in time. Lift, get strong, then live a life more like your ancestors. Stop eating things with ingredients you can't read. Eat real food and start using your body again. Go outside and get vitamin D in your skin, talk to other people so your brain has a normal balanced cycle of impulses going in and out in healthy ways instead of building up like a bladder without a toilet.
