Although this could be true, I would be surprised if she was trying to reject you flat out.

If she knew there was no chance she was gonna give you her snapchat, she would have made an excuse- like that she doesn't have one or never uses it or something. But she said "yes". Then when you more clearly asked for it, she was like "we'll see".

If she was autistic and said yes she had one but didn't want to give it to you, she would have just told you "no" when you asked for it. The "we'll see" either means she wants to feel pursued, or she just isn't sure yet
