Hey, OP. Lost 80+ lbs and lost 50lbs of it quickly in an unhealthy manner so I feel your pain. Signing up for a gym really helped. Started off with low weights and high reps [3/5/7 lb weights, 3 sets of specific chest targeting exercises with dumbbells, reps: 20, 25, 30] really helped me out. Form is crucial and patience is key. Hit chest twice a week maybe even three times a week, incorporate it on your other large muscle group days. I.e. do a few moves before you hit back and biceps/legs/shoulders/abs. Chest flies with dumbells and flat / incline / decline bench really helped me out and my chest is becoming perkier even though my boobs are relatively small in size now.
