I found a really good job online but when i was filling out the application i didn't put real contact referencing down because i have no friends IRL.
does this completely void your application?

They're supposed to be business-related or professional contacts (i.e., your former supervisor, coworker, or college professor.

yeah they asked for emails and cell phone numbers. wtf?

It's a huge red flag if you don't have any references. During one job interview I had several years ago, I remember the interviewer asking me how would he know if I was reliable or not without any references. You need to get references from somewhere.

yeah but who has private details of their managers? I sure don't have personal emails or cell phone numbers. I thought that was a little TMI for me

depends, if it mcdonalds it actually helps your application, they dont hire overqualified ppl aka whites

You're a fucking idiot. In the real world they need some method of contacting you, stop being a pissbaby and meet people.

You know that it's perfectly normal to have contact details of former managers, right?

Just give them the number of the business you used to work at. Worse case scenario they call your old job, ask for said manager, and they will be transferred to said manager. It's a bit of a hassle but at least it's something.
A lady friend of mine fabricated references and past work history and used numbers of ppl she knew and herself to help get her bf get a job and it worked he spoke spanish and did translation for a billing company
I once asked a manager if he felt it was ok to lie on an application and he told me....you do whatever you gotta do to get that interview. Lived by his word since
