So, I'm in a position where I can't really date. I think it's best for me to try to keep my mind off of girls. Generally, it's easy to do because I don't see girls during my work/study/gym/home life. But hearing people talk about girls, and TV makes me feel lonley. I always end up on Tinder which just KILLS my self esteem. I've downloaded and deleted it probably 50 times.

How can I forget about Tinder/online dating sites? I'll delete them, feel good for a few weeks. But I ALWAYS end up back on them

In that case it's advisable to find a creative outlet for your thoughts. Lots of people write personal journals, for example, but that's probably the most basic/common outlet. You could try cooking, model figurines, carpentry, drawing, whatever. Just something to get your mind off the grills.

Usually I am busy enough it's ok. But when I get home from work and make dinner or watch TV. My mind wanders. I literally just downloaded Tinder again today, swiped 50 people. Got no matched and I'm about to delete it again...

This cycle is killing my self esteem Tbh

That's what I'm saying, you need to do something in your downtime which will occupy your mind. TV is terrible for that... So don't watch TV, or download dating apps, buddy.

If you're really feeling like your missing out, you can try complimenting random chicks when youre out and about. At least for me that rids the feeling of loneliness, temporarily
