Is there an alternative to nofap for guys with higher libido?

Actually have sex.
Or go no porn.
Fapping?

No (whatever else you can't live without or need atleast once a day)
Yes, there is. Sexual Yoga.
There actually a technique that involves masturbating for hours without cumming... You should read about it to see if it fits you.
No porn. Our brains have adapted to masturbation, but not masturbation with pornography, which does shit to your brain.
You shouldn't stop masturbating altogether, fapping is fine, porn is the problem.

This.
The idea that somehow you keep all your testosterone or whatever by not fapping is bullshit anyway. For most guys any benefit they experience is from being drawn more towards real women and not having yet another excuse to be bundled up in their room all the time.
Masturbation is healthy and natural and many people get antsy when they don't do it "enough". But you can quit porn. Porn gives you entirely wrong ideas about sex, mostly because it makes men feel like they know how to fuck and know what sex is supposed to be like. Then they get with a partner and need to first realize that whatever they learned from porn is not doing it for their lady, and then that they have to use reality and their own preferences and bodies as the starting point and not the fiction of the porn universe that is focused on what looks best and most graphic and not what feels best (let alone what feels best to a woman, there's a reason they're all faking it).
Also, real life sex has more neutral/awkward/exposed moments thrown in with the sexiness and that can give you ED if your dick is used to being stimulated optimally and without distractions. Using your imagination is much much better all around. Not that enjoying porn occasionally is wrong, but many men who jerk off to porn would have a hard time jerking off to fantasies, something people have done since the dawn of mankind, and honestly that tells you something in itself, if the idea of real sex isn't sexy enough anymore.

I read my porn a lot of the time on Literotica. I go for the mind control section.

That's fine, still good to switch it up occasionally and make your own porn (you can write it as well, pretty fun), but written porn obliges you to use your own imagination and thus stimulates you in a way visual porn doesn't.
In that case I think you're better off looking for some other form of improvement. What's the reason you became interested in no fap?
