I'm always focused on my work in school
I only interact with my class to get work done and talk about work
I don't have small talk with people only a few moments of catch-up and sometimes just an acknowledgment nod.
I'd like to remain like this but more relaxed and easygoing.
Downside is I don't know how to act when I'm just in the bus with no work. I listen to music, but what do i stare at? I read but I become too focused and my energy makes my head tired. How to chill?

It's easy.
Finish work early so you can relax more.
It's always better to work gradually and not rushed.
Complete your objectives then you can do whatever you want after.
The thought of unfinished pending work irks me. I get it done as best and as soon as I can. Just think of the freedom after you've done your duty.

Take an acting or drama class. They always force you to do improv for warm ups. And no one judges you.

Noted. I can be social but I just don't see it past anything as a social utility to maintain decent relationships with people.
I do have close friends though.
Also what do you think of the book, "How to win friends and influence people?"?
