Constipation followed by blood?

Dude if you're bleeding like that you should probably see a doctor. I'm no doctor but I think it could be caused by several different things.

If money is a real issue then (keep in mind I would never advise this IRL because lol liability, so take this as a hypothetical situation) you can hold out for the next couple of days for it to resolve. Red blood in your shit is reassuring because its usually something less dangerous (like hemorrhoids or too many dicks in your ass)

yeah this is the key issue here, red blood is no cause for alarm (so long as its not every time you go to the bathroom) but blood the color of coffee grounds is extremely worrying as it means your intestines are hemorrhaging. Your abdominal pain is consistent with a GI bleed.
