This hits close for me also, I gave this girl everything and I dedicated all my life for my better half. It's quite ironic, that thats the reason why she dumped me, I forgot to take care of myself and my life, when I really just wanted her to be my life. I understand my faults now, but I loved this girl. 4 years together and now its been 2 months since she left and havent looked back at me since. I'm not myself anymore. I have started running and the rest of the day I'm drinking.

try talking to someone. Explain your situation and that you dont have many people to talk to, you must have some people who you can talk to and if not, why not?

I'm talking regularly to psych and mental health councilors. they are doing their best but I cant help but feel lost and the future is just so bleak.
I dont have anyone who really cares where its necessary. if that makes sense. I was told about the happy place today and the breathing but all I could think about was with her.

This is an issue I see in relationships frequently.
A relationship should make your life better, not be the only thing in your life. Work on your shit, if you're on medication I'm sure your depression is managed enough to get a job, get some friends etc.
