Are there any STDs that appear immediately? My gf is allergic to all condoms, not just latex. She has an IUD and I'm very paranoid about STDs. We both got tested and the results were negative. But after we had unprotected sex, I had two very small red bumps at the bottom of my shaft. She said she started drying up about 20 minutes in because it was so rough for her. Could this be an STD or just irritated skin?

i currently have it and ive noticed the way the bumps appear is messing aorund with irritated skin. like if my balls itch and i leave it, its fine, but if i scratch them, bumps will appear.
