Help pls... This last tooth is my newish wisdom Tooth. I recently was able to get back there and clean it properly as it was insanely soar and difficult to move my jaw. After removing plaque I see these dark brown lines... Are they cavities or staining? I do drink and have been drinking coke a lot, this is the only tooth like this
The stains are normal and dont appear to be a cavity. It looks more like the gum around the tooth is infected. You can help the pain with warm salt water rinses often. But go see a dentist soon.
Get that shit removed.
It could be superficial damage.
If its broken they typically pull them or drill them.
Your gum is inflamed and you need to go to a dentist to remove it

that's whats going to happen.
Dark fissure stains are pretty common on wisdom teeth. That said, looks like you've got a case of Pericoronitis, rarely calls for extraction by itself though. Salt rinse 3-5 times a day, keep it clean, if your wisdom tooth remains partially erupted (and thus the pericoronitis becomes recurrring) then extraction will be more appropriate.

I got all my wisdom teeth scheduled to come out at once. I was nervous, because they hadn't hurt and I'd never gotten surgery before.
Two days before I was scheduled to go in I woke up at 5am with agonizing pain. It fucking sucked, I was SO HAPPY to get those suckers out. The surgery wasn't even bad. They gave me a bottle of heavy-duty painkillers but I didn't even need them. Just Advil.
