I have a nasty habit of procrastination.
I always end up indulging myself in searching the net and fapping and other pleasures.
I seriously can't get rid of this feeling although I know it isn't gonna get easier.
This procrastination costed me a lot of hate towards my lost time when other things arrive (I blame the people who did it as well) and I lost time for the things I love such as drawing and reading and hanging out with online friends.
Any tips or advice /adv/?
Bump.

If you have actual clinical depression, go talk to your GP then a psychothrapist.
I don't think you have clinical depression though. You sound lazy, and you found an easy way to spend your time, so it is now all that you do.
Ask yourself: Have you ever felt bored while browsing the net? Like you're now just going through the motions, trying to amuse yourself until you fall asleep? Do you even enjoy what you're doing?
I'm assuming not, because you're here. You need to be able to recognize this feeling within yourself and change your habits when it happens.
For general procrastination, create a schedule. Set timers for your activities (google "10 minute timer"). After you've done that, get up and do the thing you want to do.

Actually, I do feel bored on the net when I am not being productive. Even when I want to be productive, I just feel too lazy to embrace work so easily. I tend to use my phone as soon as I come home to avoid studying and being productive with my hobbies.
Thanks for the advice on having a schedule and a timer, that sounds pretty interesting to do.
Stop masturbating. It helps but it won't solve your problems, self discipline is a big part of this.
Im in the same boat, probably even worse, procrastination/Depression worsened several years of my life significantly.
I stopped fapping, and watching porn, for now like 3 months. Its important but for other reasons. The Problem is that i now rely on other sources of quick gratification, like binge watching YouTube and stuff.
The Thing with nofap is that you can Kind of Train willpower, which youll need change. Other ways to increase willpower are gaining muscle p.ex.

Make yourself a list of things to do and reward yourself for doing them.
Tell people you're going to do certain things and their expectation will be more motivation.
Get off here now and get started.
No more procrastinating bud!

Ok so here's how depression works. It's like a snowball effect. The less you want to do things, the less and less you want to do things over time. Until you want to do nothing at all. And then you just want to lay in bed all day.
So to beat this, you have to start creating a snowball effect yourself. Anything you can do at the beginning to start being productive is a major huge deal. Because it starts that snowball effect against the depression. It's ok if you don't do much at first. Like 5 minutes of cleaning your room. Or 5 minutes of exercise.
What happens is that you start feeling a sense of reward from doing those productive things no matter how small. And it creates a positive feedback cycle where you keep feeling this sense of reward and wanting to do more and more productive things to feel better.
Another REALLY and I mean REALLY important thing in dealing with depression is exercise. To give you an idea of how effective it is, a doctor of mine shared it with me and they they did studies proving that just 30 minutes a day of WALKING. Not running, WALKING. Actually elevates your mood for the rest of the day. The whole day you feel better due to those 30 minutes. Even 15 minutes would be beneficial.
And walking is also top tier for dealing with depression because of the benefit it gives and because it's easy to do even for somebody who has depression. And from there you can work your way up to doing light jogs. And then running. The snowball effect in general is just too good.
When you get that snowball effect going you're going to surprise yourself with how much better you can make yourself feel. There are also guides online for dealing with depression from actual psychology clinics. So they're really fucking smart guides on helping you treat your own depression too as much as a person reasonably can by themselves.
Check those out too.
Best of luck to you OP
