Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well today. I'm hoping I could get some input on a situation I'm currently in. I have a work study job at university and I think one of my (female) coworkers is hitting on me. I'll just green text some of the stuff she does

>calls me over for help when she really doesn't need it
>complimented me, asked if i wore cologne (said yes cause I was) and said I smelled really good
>acts nervous around me, talks less, plays with hair

there have been other isolated incidents, such as her standing really close to me when I tell her something, picking up shifts that are right before or right after mine (almost to a ridiculous degree), etc. I guess I've known her for about 2 weeks now, and I do find her pretty attractive both physically and in terms of personality.

What should I do? Here is what I think the options are

>Wait it out, be friendly, gauge interest then do something later
>ask her out now (next time we work together)
>do nothing to avoid awkward situations
