well, not severely. comparable to diarrhea? i don't think there's anything dangerous happening. just my body getting rid of the material i has built up and me going trough a hormonal rollercoaster, but i am not sure if i should inform my obgyn since i want to try to get pregnant asap (meaning, him checking if i should use bc next cycle for my body to adjust or if i can try again).

If you were 7 days late you would not need a D&C. It would seriously be nothing more than a few extra chunks of tissue. No one will be able to say you miscarried but there's actually a bigger chance you ovulated later and are having a heavier cycle.
