What does it feel like to not give up?

What does it feel like to be given an incredibly vague statement and not be able to accurately reply? Some people would say frustrating.

Sometimes giving up and quitting can be the best thing you do though, regardless of what you may be referring to. Smart people know when to cut their losses.

I guess what I mean is that I literally give up on everything.
After trying something out for just a while, I completely lose interest and give up on it. Even if I enjoy it a lot, I'll suddenly find a reason to give up on it, and then it was all a waste.
Everything I do is a waste. I'd kill myself if it was easy to do. inb4 shrinks, they can do nothing.

I'm trying to get myself fit for the last 4 weeks, working out everyday and doing yoga. It feels pretty amazing so far, although my diet has been giving me a hard time.
