Some dickhead posted a couple of fake reviews saying I fucked him over because I wouldn't essentially give him freebees from my work.
He's even used my damn name in the review.
Can I sue for this shit?
The dumb ass actually posted using his name.
Google typically being useless has done nothing.
Anyone delt with this kind of thing?

Um he asked how to deal with libel that's hurting his business not for you to do anything.
You could talk to a lawyer about it, wrongful defamation of name and libel hold up in court pretty well especially if it has negative impacts on your company

If it's just his opinion there's not much you can do about it. People suing over bad reviews has never really worked out well. Now if he said some specific facts or personal attacks you might have a case.

Most review sites allow you to reply. Cite specific facts to refute him and readers will quickly learn not to trust him. Also report him to the site, with evidence he's lying on facts, and they may block him.
I once sold a used item on Ebay. The buyer complained about its condition, so in my reply I reprinted the original ad, showing that I had accurately described exactly the things he complained about.
